The battle is heating up for the 2019 FIA World Rallycross Championship.

SIX DOWN... FOUR to go!

Twenty-two points separate the top three drivers, while 43 points separate the top two teams.

There are so many unanswered questions heading into round seven of the championship in Canada:
  • Can Andreas Bakkerud claim his first win?
  • Can Timmy Hansen overturn the deficit to his younger brother?
  • Will Kevin Abbring return?
  • Can Guillaume De Ridder finally turn his luck around?
Many of these questions could be answered at the World RX of Canada from 03-04 August 2019.

The FIA has released the 17-car entry list for round seven of the FIA World Rallycross Championship.
In addition to the regular drivers, Finland’s Jani Paasonen will make his fourth start of the season with Team STARD and Rokas Baciuska will continue to race for GCK Academy with a Renault Megane R.S. RX Supercar.

Paasonen raced for Team STARD in Barcelona, Great Britain, and Norway, while Rokas Baciuska missed two rounds of the championship after switching teams in the first half of the season and has produced strong performances in Norway and Sweden.

It remains unclear if ESmotorsport – Labas GAS test driver Kevin Abbring will return to the wheel of the Skoda Fabia Supercar after making an impressive debut in Norway and Sweden.
