Krogstad is currently in fourth place in the championship points standings, only nine points behind the championship leader.
The Norwegian claimed a second-place finish in the opening round of the season at Höljes, coming through the field to finish second in his semi-final and then doing the same again from the second row of the grid in the final. He also made it through to the final of round two, also at Höljes, finishing fourth.
"I can't wait to get racing again," Krogstad said. "Arvika is a track I've raced at before so I'm looking forward to that, and keeping the good momentum going from Höljes."
"My goal for the weekend is of course to do better than last time, and there's only one place more to get: the victory. So that's the aim for the weekend. But, of course, we have to work hard and keep the rhythm going."
Krogstad's teammate Dan Skocdopole has been forced to skip the second round of the Nordic Championship after his country imposed travel restrictions due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemics.
